We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team based in Hobs Reprographics, Abingdon.
The role will require close liaison with the Business Manager and Sales Team within our Abingdon branch.
•Receiving incoming telephone calls from clients & suppliers
•Validating shipments and producing invoices daily - to include scanning of all relevant paperwork.
•Dealing with client queries concerning deliveries and invoices that are received via email, phone or in person.
•Handling a small amount of cash and credit card sales including weekly balancing of the till
•Petty cash distribution and reconciliation
•Producing weekly and monthly reports to deadlines as required by the business manager and head office
•Completion of monthly health and safety checks
•Credit control of Abingdon's client database to ensure invoices are paid within the companies 30 days terms
•Processing purchase orders and delivery notes through sage - to include scanning of all relevant paperwork and resolving any discrepancies as found
•Opening the post each day and distributing accordingly. Ensuring the post is taken at the end of each day
•HR administration as required by the Business manager (holiday preparation, training plan completion etc)
•Adhoc duties as requested by the Business Manager
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Fast and accurate data input and solid computer skills with a good knowledge of MS office
•Good working knowledge of accounting software (Sage X3 and XRL)
•Ability to work with minimum supervision and be prepared to help in other departments wherever necessary.
