Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Apprentice to join us at Hobs Repro, Great Portland Street.

Role Summary

This role will support the Office Manager by assisting with Reception and Administrative duties, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the working day. Alongside this role, you will work towards a level 3 apprenticeship qualification in Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring telephone enquiries are dealt with swiftly and efficiently
Contacting customers to confirm completion of work and collection times
Liaising with shop customers taking correct information and liaising with production staff
Taking payments via telephone for cash sale customers
Assisting the internal sales team to follow up on quotations that have been submitted to clients

Candidate Requirements

GCSE Grade A to C or equivalent in English & Maths
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word
Can-do attitude with a willingness to "go the extra mile" to ensure Customers are happy
Approachable & Friendly
