Internal Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team based in our Hobs Repro VC hub, Bristol

The Role

This role will support the Visual Communications Sales team and Business Managers by assisting in managing the end to end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management-

• Be the branch day to day contact for the London Hobs branches and VC customers

• Deal with incoming inquiries both written and verbally

• Produce estimates.

• Create and process SAGE sales & production orders

• In conjunction with the project manager, be involved and support key / major projects from concept to delivery.

• Liaise with suppliers.

• Work with 3rd parties to ensure the successful delivery/installation of goods.

• Become a Sage X3 expert.

• Strive to achieve and surpass agreed KPI's

Commercial Responsibilities-

• Feedback commercial information to the Business Manager

• Arrange (and attend when required) customer appointments and site surveys

• Nurture, develop and grow customer accounts

• Follow up quotes in a timely manner

• Assist the production department when workload demands.

• Ensure that you are a key part of the quality control process.
