Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team based in London (Holborn and Farringdon Offices)

The Role:

The role of Office Administrator will ensure prompt, efficient administration of the business - including supporting staff in five UK locations and those working at clients' sites in the UK and abroad. Youll look after health and safety, perform an administrative role in welcoming new starters, supplies control (stationery, refreshments and supplies for the bathrooms), general office tidiness and arrangement of office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help screen incoming calls
• Manage the post and email
• Greet visitors
• Book cabs and couriers and travel requirements
• Look after the filing
• Photocopying and binding
• Updating of contact lists
• Scheduling meeting rooms
• Providing refreshments
• Look after building a maintenance
• Assist in the maintenance of the business' ISO accreditations (27001 and 9001)
• A big part of the role is financial administration, so an eye for detail and experience of spreadsheets is important.

• Articulate and a good communicator
• Good with English (verbally and written)
• Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office)
• Able to work in a team
• Ideally, 6-12 months experience in a similar role
