Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a forward-thinking Customer Support Executive to join our team based in Hobs Repro, Grosvenor Gardens.

The Role:

This office-based role will support the Branch Manager and Production Team with providing support and price to existing/potential and transactional Clients.  This is a new role which has the opportunity to develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking and understanding client job brief
  • Quote production (sage) and presentation
  • Sending live jobs to the production team
  • Foster and develop existing relationships through strong account management/customer service
  • Explain our full suite of services and solutions as necessary
  • Maintain excellent internal and external relationships
  • Acquire in depth knowledge of our services and solutions
  • Supporting senior management and wider Hobs group
  • Strong reporting and communication both internal and external
  • To seek and introduce group opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:


Customer service experience
PC literacy, Adobe Suite
Clear communicator with both customer and production team
Consultative approach to customers and clients
Ability to take and understand a brief in all formats


  • Experience of Reprographics 
  • Experience of producing quotes
  • Knowledge of print for POS / Retail / packaging
  • An understanding of direct marketing
  • Broad knowledge of the Print Industry
  • Understand GP and margins

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • £20,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience
