Hobs Reprographics are a long-established business, traditionally servicing our clients with printed collateral.
We have a specialist team within our Bid & Creative Services team who work with our clients on presentations, pitches and marketing collateral.
This is a fast paced environment, with team members handling multiple projects and working closely with our clients and internal bid management teams to deliver highly impactful documents.
We also work closely with our internal marketing team to deliver graphics for our social feeds, as well as print and window graphics.
Our Ideal candidate;
Middleweight to senior level designer
A proven designer who can create designs from brief and own the project from concept to delivery across a number of mediums
Is great at time management and communication, both internally and externally
Proactive “can-do” attitude and passion for graphic design
Experience of web design useful
Core responsibilities;
Your role will involve:
Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and through e-mails
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for tenders and marketing material
Working within a busy and fast-moving team
Integrating with our client engagement and marketing teams
Liaising with sales team on specific projects
Delivering customer-specific proposals and receiving feedback
Supporting the corporate graphics brand guidelines
Maintaining structures and version control within our systems
Required Skills:
Proficient in the Adobe CC family
Excellent time management skills with a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
Ability to work confidently and quickly within a very busy team
Strong organisational skills and creativity
