We are looking for an experienced Print Production Supervisor to join our team in Hobs Repro Bristol

The Role:

As Print Production Supervisor you will be support the Business Manager in the efficient and effective running of production, ensuring quality of service and timescales are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using various software packages to produce orders and printed materials
• Maintaining Onsite Equipment
• Pre-press and Artworking
• High end bespoke finishing
• Liaising with couriers to ensure that clients work is delivered in a timely manner
• Basic admin responsibilities including customer communications via email and telephone
• To be accountable for work area and task undertaking
• Coordinate work sent to supporting branches
• Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Business Manager

Successful applicant requirements:

• Experience working to tight deadlines with the ability to demonstrate previous use of effective prioritising techniques to manage busy workload
• Previous experience of working in a similar role in a reprographics environment
• Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent team working skills
• Ability to demonstrate the quality of finishing skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail verbally, written and electronically
• Extremely reliable and approachable to clients
• Determination to solve problems
