Hobs Repro Birmingham are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is all about looking after our customers, providing best possible service in a timely manner and maximizing inbound opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service
- Quotes (create, coordinate, close)
- Support BDM’s in the region
- Record and monitor sales
- Tracking sales leads, creating, coordinating and chasing quotes, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Working with marketing/lead generating functions on closing opportunities. Liaising with BDM's on opportunities that require their attention.
- Monitoring sales as well as recording sales data.
- Client engagement (working with marketing and engagement team)
Candidate Requirements:
- GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths
- Minimum of two years within a similar role
- Good organizational skills
- Good communicator (written and verbal)
- Good with excel and data manipulation
- Commercially aware
